【】目的:探究2021-2023年漳州市长泰区公共场所双随机抽检结果分析。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年12月漳州市长泰区公共场所,随机抽检,对其卫生保持情况进行分析。结果:175家公共卫生场所中合格单位122家,合格率69.71%,其中宾馆(酒店)、理发(美容)店、游泳场(馆)、沐浴场所合格率分别为78.48%、63.46%、47.06%、70.37%；175家公共场所样本数1153份,其中宾馆(酒店)792份,合格741份占比93.56%,理发(美容)店206份。合格167份,占比81.07%,游泳场(馆)68份,合格34份,占比50.00%,淋浴场所87份,合格63份,占比72.41%,经过抽检发现,2021-2023年游泳池水质pH、浑浊度、尿素、指标均保持良好,游泳池游离性余氯、细菌总数、大肠菌群、浸脚池游离性余氯比较,2021,年、2022年、2023年均存在差异,P＜0.05。结论:2021-2023年漳州市长泰区公共场所卫生状况基本良好,但游泳场(馆)需要加强监督及管理工作。

Objective: To explore the results of double random sampling inspection in public places in Changtai District, Zhangzhou city in 2021-2023. Methods: Public places in Changtai District, Zhangzhou city from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and randomly sampled to analyze their health maintenance situation. Results: Among 175 public health places, 122 qualified units had a qualified rate of 69.71%. Among them, the qualified rates of hotels (hotels), hairdressing (beauty), swimming pools (halls) and bathing places were 78.48%, 63.46%, 47.06% and 70.37% respectively; 1153 samples, including 792 hotels (hotels), 741 qualified 93.56%, and 206 hairdressing (beauty) shops.167 qualified, accounting for 81.07%, 68 swimming pool (museum), 34 qualified, accounting for 50.00%, 87 shower places, 63 qualified, accounting for 72.41%, after sampling inspection, it was found that the water quality pH, turbidity, urea, indicators in 2021-2023, swimming pool free residual chlorine, total bacteria, coliform bacteria, foot pool, 2021, year, 2022,2023, P <0.05. Conclusion: From 2021 to 2023, the public health condition of public places in Changtai District of Zhangzhou city is basically good, but the swimming pool (hall) needs to strengthen the supervision and management.
