阿尔茨海默病是一种慢性神经退行性疾病,主要影响老年人的认知能力和生活质量。近年来,随着对AD发病机制的深入研究,越来越多的证据表明,自噬在AD的发生和发展中发挥着重要作用。叶黄素作为一种天然抗氧化剂,具有神经保护作用,其通过AKT/GSK-3β通路诱导神经细胞自噬的机制逐渐成为研究热点。为此,研究探讨叶黄素通过AKT/GSK-3β通路诱导神经细胞自噬对阿尔茨海默病的影响,以期寻找治疗阿尔茨海默病的有效途径。

Alzheimer's disease(AD) is a chronic neurodegenerative disease, which mainly affects the cognitive ability and quality of life of the elderly. In recent years, with the in-depth study of the pathogenesis of AD, more and more evidence shows that autophagy plays an important role in the occurrence and development of AD. As a natural antioxidant, lutein has neuroprotective effects, and its mechanism of inducing nerve cell autophagy through the AKT/GSK-3β pathway has gradually become a focus of research. Therefore, we investigated the effect of lutein on the autophagy of nerve cells induced by AKT/GSK-3β pathway on Alzheimer's disease in order to find an effective way to cure it.
