青春期是儿童由于一系列内分泌变化导致第二性征完全成熟形成生殖能力的一个正常发育过程,然而近年来越来越多的性早熟发生,目前其发病机制尚未完全明确,但有研究发现部分基因与性早熟发病可能相关,本文对KISS1、KISS1R、MKRNS3、DLK1及 LIN28B的研究进展进行综述。

Puberty is a normal developmental process in which A series of endocrine changes lead to the full maturation of secondary sexual characteristics and the formation of reproductive capacity. However, in recent years, more and more precocious puberty has occurred. At present, the pathogenesis of precocious puberty is not completely clear, but some studies have found that some genes may be related to the incidence of precocious puberty.This article reviews the research progress of KISS1, KISS1R, MKRNS3,DLK1 and LIN28B.
