目的：探讨思维导图引导下双元护理干预在垂体瘤患者术后的应用价值。 方法：选取我院2020年1月～2022年7月就诊的垂体瘤患者190例，根据护理方法不同分为研究组（n=95）和常规组（n=95）。常规组采用常规护理干预，研究组在常规组基础上联合思维导图引导下双元护理干预策略，比较两组情绪状态[焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）]、并发症发生率、生活质量、护理满意度。 结果：干预后研究组SAS、SDS评分低于常规组（P＜0.05）；干预后研究组社会功能、躯体功能、物质生活状态、心理功能评分及生活质量总分均高于常规组（P＜0.05）；研究组并发症发生率1.05%（1/95）低于常规组8.42%（8/95），护理满意度97.89%（93/95）高于常规组86.32%（82/95）（P＜0.05）。 结论：思维导图引导下双元护理干预能纠正垂体瘤患者术后不良情绪，降低并发症发生率，提升生活质量及护理工作满意度。

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the value of a dual nursing intervention strategy guided by thinking maps in postoperative pituitary tumor patients. METHODS: One hundred and ninety patients with pituitary tumors attending our hospital from January 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into the study group (n=95) and the conventional group (n=95) according to the different nursing methods. The conventional group used conventional nursing interventions, and the study group combined the binary nursing intervention strategy guided by mind mapping on the basis of the conventional group to compare the emotional state [anxiety self-assessment scale (SAS), depression self-assessment scale (SDS)], complication rate, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. RESULTS: SAS and SDS scores were lower in the study group than in the conventional group after the intervention (P < 0.05); social function, somatic function, physical life status, psychological function scores and total quality of life scores were higher in the study group than in the conventional group after the intervention (P < 0.05); the incidence of complications was 1.05% (1/95) lower in the study group than in the conventional group, 8.42% (8/95); satisfaction with care was 97.89 % (93/95) was higher than 86.32% (82/95) in the conventional group (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Thinking-guided binary nursing intervention strategy can improve the postoperative emotional state of patients with pituitary tumors, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
