血脂异常是心脑血管疾病和代谢性疾病的重要危险因素。中国人群血脂异常患病率逐年上升，已经成为重大社会公共卫生问题，积极控制血脂异常已刻不容缓。睡眠是人类生活中不可或缺的一部分，是血脂代谢的重要调节因素。研究表明长期睡眠时间不足通过影响脂肪酸代谢进而引起血脂异常的发生。本文旨在对睡眠不足与血脂异常之间的相关性进行综述，并探讨睡眠不足人群中脂肪酸引起血脂异常发生的病理生理学机制，为预防和改善睡眠时长不足引起血脂异常提供理论指导和科学依据。

Dyslipidemia is an important risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and metabolic diseases. The prevalence of dyslipidemia in Chinese population has been increasing year by year, which has become a major social and public health problem. Sleep is an indispensable part of human life and an important regulatory factor of lipid metabolism. Studies have shown that chronic sleep deprivation can cause dyslipidemia by affecting fatty acid metabolism. This paper aims to review the correlation between sleep deprivation and dyslipidemia, and explore the pathophysiological mechanism of fatty acid induced dyslipidemia in people with sleep deprivation, so as to provide theoretical guidance and scientific basis for the prevention and improvement of dyslipidemia caused by insufficient sleep duration.
