A-I(Apolipoprotein A-I,apo A-I)、载脂蛋白B(Apoprotein B,Apo B)以及Apo B/Apo A-I是CVD的有效预测指标。

[Abstract]
Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the most crucial factor in increasing global mortality, a significant global health problem. Apolipoprotein A-I (apo A-I), Apolipoprotein B (Apo B), and Apo B/Apo A-I were effective predictors of CVD. Among the many causes of CVD, bedtime is a risk factor that cannot be ignored. Long-term late bedtime causes insomnia, circadian rhythm disturbance, and a series of sleep problems, which ultimately promote the occurrence and development of CVD by affecting the level of neurotransmitters, triggering a systemic chronic inflammatory response, affecting fatty acid metabolism and blood pressure regulation, and other mechanisms. Therefore, developing a regular and healthy bedtime is crucial to preventing CVD. This review comprehensively analyzes the pathophysiological mechanism of late bedtime-mediated cardiovascular diseases, such as neurotransmitters and inflammatory factors, which can guide sleep hygiene to prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases.
