[Abstract]
Objective: To explore the application of multidisciplinary holistic nursing combined with positive psychology in PET-MRI examination of epileptic patients. Methods: The 78 epileptic patients who underwent PET-MRI examination from February 2022 to October 2022 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention, and the observation group received multidisciplinary holistic nursing combined with positive psychology intervention on the basis of the control group. The scores of self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Medical Coping style Questionnaire (M CM Q), waiting time and examination time, image acceptance rate and examination compliance of the two groups were compared before and after intervention. Results: Before intervention, there was no significant difference in SAS, SDS and MCM Q scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, the SAS, SDS scores, avoidance and yield scores in MCM Q in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05), while the MCM Q face scores were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The waiting time and examination time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P < 0.05), and the examination compliance and image qualification rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Multidisciplinary holistic nursing combined with positive psychology intervention can alleviate anxiety and depression in patients with epilepsy undergoing PET-MRI examination, establish positive coping style, and improve the success rate of examination.
