目的 研究亮丙瑞林+曼月乐环对异常子宫出血(AUB)患者出血量及性激素水平的影响。方法 选取2018年7月～2020年7月我院收治的115例AUB患者,按照治疗方法不同分为观察组(n=59)、对照组(n=56),其中对照组给予曼月乐环,观察组给予亮丙瑞林+曼月乐环,对比两组疗效、性激素[血清FSH(卵泡刺激素)、E2(雌二醇)、LH(黄体生成素)]水平、出血量PBAC(月经失血法)评分、子宫内膜厚度、Hb(血红蛋白)水平及并发症发生率。结果 观察组总有效率96.61%(57/59)显著高于对照组83.93%(47/56)(P＜0.05)；治疗3个月、6个月后观察组FSH、LH、E2水平明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗3个月、6个月后观察组PBAC评分明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗3个月、6个月后观察组子宫内膜厚度小于对照组,Hb水平高于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组红疹、恶心呕吐等并发症发生率对比无显著差异(P＞0.05)。结论 亮丙瑞林+曼月乐环应用于AUB患者疗效确切,可有效降低性激素水平,改善患者子宫内膜厚度及子宫出血状况。

Objective To study the effect of leuprolide + Mirena on bleeding volume and sex hormone levels in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB). Conclusion Leuprolide + Mirena is effective in AUB patients, which can effectively reduce the level of sex hormones and improve the thickness of the endometrium and uterine bleeding.
