心肾不交理论是中医学理论的重要内容,对临床具有重要的指导意义,但是目前对该理论的认识与研究不够翔实深入。本文基于中医文献并结合个人见解,侧重从阴阳与水火的角度探析心肾不交的理论内涵、病理表现与证治分类,以期挖掘其理论实质,丰富其理论内容,拓宽其理论外延,以期为临床应用提供有益参考。

"Heart-kidney disjunction" theory is an important content of traditional chinese medicine theory, which has important guiding significance for clinical practice. However, at present, the understanding and research on this theory is not enough in-depth. Based on the literature of traditional Chinese medicine and personal opinion,This paper focuses on exploring the theoretical connotation, pathological manifestations and classification of syndrome and treatment of "heart-kidney disjunction" from the perspective of Yin-yang and Water-fire, in order to excavate its theoretical essence, enrich its theoretical content, broaden its theoretical extension, in order to provide a useful reference for clinical application.
