随着剖宫产及各类宫腔手术的增加，瘢痕妊娠的发病率逐渐增多，特别是剖宫产部位的瘢痕妊娠，已经受到妇科及产科医生的足够重视，但是，其他原因所致的子宫损伤及瘢痕妊娠在临床中并未引起足够的关注。本文陈述了一例子宫穿孔部位瘢痕妊娠病例的诊治经过，并复习造成子宫瘢痕的各类损伤，瘢痕妊娠的临床特征等，为临床医生提供一种诊疗参考。

With the increase of cesarean section and various kinds of uterine cavity operations, the incidence of scar pregnancy is increasing gradually, especially in the cesarean section site, which has been paid enough attention by gynecologists and obstetricians. However, other causes of uterine injury and scar pregnancy have not attracted the attention of clinical doctors. This paper describes the diagnosis and treatment of a case of scar pregnancy at the site of uterine perforation, and reviews the various kinds of damage than may cause cicatricial uterine and the clinical characteristics of scar pregnancy, so as to provide a reference for clinicians.
