目的：探究宣肺达郁汤联合常规西药治疗痰热壅肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病(AECOPD)效果及对肺功能影响。方法：选取2018年7月至2020年6月在我院就诊的AECOPD患者80例作为研究对象,依据随机数表法分组,分为对照组和治疗组(各40例),对照组采用常规的西药治疗方法,治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上联合宣肺达郁汤治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效,中医症候评分以及对肺部功能的影响。结果：治疗组的临床疗效总有效率明显高于对照组(95%VS 80%,P＜0.05)；两组患者治疗后均比治疗前中医症候评分低(P＜0.05),且治疗组治疗后中医症候评分均比对照组低(P＜0.05)；治疗后两组患者第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)/用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1水平均高于治疗前(P＜0.05),治疗后治疗组FEV1/FVC、FEV1水平均高于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组患者治疗过程中对照组不良反应的总发生率略低于治疗组(67.5%VS 72.5%,P＞0.05)。结论：宣肺达郁汤联合西医治疗AECOPD效果显著,可明显改善肺部功能,提高临床疗效,且药物的安全性良好,值得推广使用。

Objective: The effect of Xuanfei Dayu Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) with phlegm-heat obstructed lung and its influence on lung function were explored. Methods: A total of 80 AECOPD patients who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were grouped according to the random number table method and divided into a control group and a treatment group (40 cases each). The control group used conventional Western medicine treatment method, the treatment group was combined with Xuanfei Dayu Decoction on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment. The clinical efficacy, Chinese Medicine symptom scores and the effect on lung function of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of clinical curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (95%VS 80%, P＜0.05); both groups of patients had lower Chinese Medicine syndrome scores after treatment than before treatment (P＜0.05), and the treatment group was treated The post-Chinese Medicine syndrome scores were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); the first second forced expiratory volume (FEV1)/forced vital capacity (FVC) and FEV1 levels of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before the treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the FEV1/FVC and FEV1 levels in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05); the total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group during the treatment of the two groups was slightly lower than that in the treatment group (67.5%VS 72.5%, P＞0.05) ). Conclusion: Xuanfei Dayu Decoction combined with western medicine has a significant effect on the treatment of AECOPD, which can significantly improve lung function and improve clinical efficacy. The drug is safe and worthy of promotion.
