目的 分析 2014-2018年呼和浩特市市内游泳池水的微生物污染情况,为监管游泳池水质及控制介水传染病提供科学依据。方法 细菌总数和大肠菌群检验方法依据GB/T18204.9-2000和GB/T18204.10-2000。结果 2014-2018 年呼和浩特市游泳池水质微生物指标合格率均在80%以上;冬春季(第一四季度)游泳池水合格率高于夏秋季(第二三季度)合格率,差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.757,P<0.05);三种经营模式的游泳池之间水质微生物指标合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.057,P<0.05),社会公共泳池合格率最低。结论 2014-2018年呼和浩特市游泳池水微生物指标合格率相对较高,与国内其他地区比较,游泳池水质卫生状况处于中等水平,但也不能放松对游泳场所的卫生监督管理。尤其针对夏秋季,有必要进一步加强卫生监督管理力度。

Objective To analyze the microbial contamination of the swimming pool water in Hohhot City in 2014-2018, providing scientific basis for monitoring swimming pool water quality and controlling water-borne diseases. Methods The total number of bacteria and coliform bacteria test methods were according to the public health standards of the People"s Republic of China GB/T18204.9-2000 and GB/T18204.10-2000. Results In 2014-2018, the acceptance rate of microbial indicators of swimming pool water quality in Hohhot City was above 80 per cent; the qualified rate of swimming pool water in winter and spring (the first and fourth quarters) was higher than that in summer and autumn (the second and third quarters), and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=17.757, P<0.05); the difference in the rate of water quality microbial indicators among the swimming pools of the three business models was statistically significant (χ2=20.057, P<0.05), and the qualification rate of the public pool was lowest. Conclusion In 2014-2018, the rate of microbial indicators of swimming pool water in Hohhot City was relatively high. The sanitary condition of swimming pool water was at a medium level, compared with other parts of the country. But it could not relax the supervision and management of swimming places. It is necessary to strengthen the health supervision and management, especially in the summer and autumn.
